The view over the beach from our well laid out room was splendid. The location was stunning for walking around Playa de Miramar.

Would definitely return here as it was a memorable stay for every night of the stay. Courteous staff, lovely views over the bay, everything is beautiful.- The location is stunning and breathtaking, just a pleasant stroll away from a tall lighthouse.- The rooms are sumptuous and wonderful, the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Exquisite service on the terrace overlooking Grand Plage. The helpful waiter served us amazing gin and cocktails, creating a truly relaxing experience. The beautiful hotel inside and out made us want to dine and stay here. Despite some minor issues, we greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel from the Unbound Collection By Hyatt. The hotel itself is breathtaking, with opulent interiors that make you feel like you're part of the elite. The location is perfect, right on the edge of town, within walking distance of everything. The staff are highly trained and attentive, making sure we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. The gym is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. We particularly enjoyed the spa and indoor pool, as well as the lovely outdoor pool with its views of the beach. our stay was truly spectacular and we can't wait to come back.

Stay here was excellent, I didn't feel like leaving. Particularly helpful staff and amazing location almost on the beach, everything was really good. Enjoyed the well-organised double room in a refurbished bedroom and the way it was setup. In general the service was FIRST-RATE. Also, I parked on-site.

Prime location to Aquarium de Biarritz.

The staff were well-mannered. The location is wonderful, very close to the palace built for Napoleon II and the best restaurants in San Sebastian. I loved the location on the coast in Biarritz.

We had an amazing New Year experience in this beautiful beach hotel. The stunning ocean views from the pool area were just breathtaking. The location was perfect for exploring the town's shops and restaurants, and the beach was only a few steps away. We also loved the luxurious spa facilities and the delicious meals served in the on-site restaurant.

The service at the restaurant was not as attentive as we would have liked and the room we stayed in could have been a bit more comfortable. However, overall we still had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable beach getaway.

They should have the restaurants open all day. You can't relax at ease because you have to hurry to get to the different cooking times to eat at the time the hotel has and not at the time you want. The internal corridors of the hotel have the smell of dog urine. since they allow access to pets and people do not respect what dogs should do outside, So I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth from the hotel services.

The hotel provided exceptional service and went out of their way to make our stay delightful. The staff were friendly, genuine, and extremely helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded and although our room didn't have a sea view, the balcony added extra space and comfort. The hotel also had modern facilities and tasteful decor. We loved dining at the Rotunda restaurant, which offered excellent food. The location was perfect, with beautiful bathing beaches and interesting rock formations as a backdrop.
